Standard risks receive an immediate outcome while referred risks are automatically routed to SCRM.

Declined Risks & Restricted Appetite Exposures

The following activities and risk categories fall outside the standard facility underwriting appetite. Certain exposures may be considered on a limited premises-only General & Tenants liability basis, subject to referral and underwriting review. Risks identified as Hard Declines fall outside the facility parameters entirely and are not eligible for cover under this facility.
